- All SALE items are FINAL which means there would be No Returns and Exchanges for all items on sale except the wrong size or style was received.
- We are happy to assist you with all original priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original unused condition including original tags attached for a store credit or refund.
- You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
- Returned items must include tags.
- Delivery charges are only refundable only where garments are faulty. Please allow 1-2 business days for a refund to be processed.
- If a different size or item was received, it should be returned within 2-3 days after delivery for a different size, style or store credit.
