how do i make a return?
please contact us via a phone call or email; we will make arrangements for a pick up with no fees charged only if there was an error on from us otherwise you will be charged for returns. Kindly Contact us within 3 days for a return.
things to note
*orders from outside lagos are final. if it was due to an error from us, kindly contact us and compromises will be made.
*if for personal reasons returns are made, the shipping charge remains the same on the customer.
*exchanges and returns can only be made within 3 days after goods are received.
*we would only accept returns/exchanges if items are unused, unwashed and still with the tags
*return of funds are made by bank deposits and transfers only.
*items on sale or special offers cannot be returned.
